Is Gov. Kasich really a conservative Republican? In OCR article, the DTP president says no, unfortunately.

Prior to his election as Ohio governor in 2010, John Kasich was a guest commentator on various Fox News shows. Recently, some Fox News journalists and commentators have mentioned the potential of Gov. Kasich being a “bridge” or unity candidate in the Republican Party drawing on what they portray as his “conservative” credentials. Dayton TEA Party president Mike Snead wrote a letter to Mr. Bret Baier, following such comments by him on The Hannity Show two weeks ago, refuting such assertions. This letter was published on the Ohio Conservative Review because Gov. Kasich is now touring the country. Here is a link to the letter:
